What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server - Hybrid Role position at City Cellars HTX?
About City Cellars Htx
City Cellars HTX is a locally owned, chef-driven restaurant and wine bar in Houston's East End. We offer curated wines, craft cocktails, and elevated Southern-inspired cuisine in a stunning setting overlooking Buffalo Bayou. We are a team built on hospitality, creativity, and genuine connection - and we're growing.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced bartender who is ready to own their role and grow with us. This is a hybrid Bartender/Server position, meaning you will work behind the bar when volume calls for it and transition to the floor when it does not. The flexibility of this role is what makes it financially rewarding - and the right person sees both sides of the house as an opportunity.
There is no bar back. You will own your station from open to close. We are looking for someone who is organized, self-directed, and ready to handle it without being asked.
Compensation
Our top bartenders take home $800 to $1,000 per week. The hybrid model means more shifts and more ways to earn. Show up with energy, take care of your guests, and the income will reflect it.
