Hours: Full time / matchdays & weekends inclusive
We are looking for a performance analyst intern to join our team and play an important role in supporting the club’s continued growth and success.
Working within a fast-paced professional football environment, you will contribute to delivering high standards across the club while helping create an environment where players, staff and supporters can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
- Collect, clean, and organise performance-related data from various sources
- Assist in analysing trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Work with team members to identify areas for performance improvement
- Contribute to the development of data tracking systems and processes
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support performance initiatives
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the wider team.

- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
