Job Summary
The Contract Processing Specialist is part of a team of specialist in Charlottesville that are responsible for processing the company’s vacation ownership contracts, issuing weekly and monthly cancelation reports, maintaining up-to-date owner records, and assisting owners. The specialists serve as the primary liaison between multiple departments to align goals and streamline workflows. The Contract Processing Specialist helps to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration (between the company’s Massanutten sales office, the contract processing department, collections department, and various other departments of the company) to improve efficiency and ensure project success by managing and tracking project handoffs. Administrative functions include processing weekly and monthly cancelation reports, scanning documents to our document imaging database, maintaining up-to-date owner records, and assisting owners.
Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred
- Previous office experience desired
Schedule
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm
Core Responsibilities
- Assist owners and multiple departments by phone, email, or chat regarding owner account status
- Process cancellation reports
- Updating owner records
- Retain records via document imaging database
- Other duties as assigned by management
