Job Summary
The Contract Processing Clerk position serves as a primary point of contact between Massanutten’s Sales Office and the Contract Processing Department in Charlottesville. The Contract Processing Clerk is the initial point of contact for Massanutten’s Sales Office and strives to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, including nurturing, cultivating, sustaining, and supporting the Sales Department. This individual will be responsible for fostering the relationship between the Sales Office and Contract Processing Department. Administrative functions include processing weekly sales reports, posting down payment money, initiating refunds, scanning documents to our document imaging database, maintaining up-to-date owner records, and assisting owners.
Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Basic math skills
Preferred
- Previous office experience, but not required
Schedule
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm
Core Responsibilities
- Assist owners and multiple departments by phone, email, or chat regarding owner account status
- Process weekly sales reports
- Updating owner records
- Retain records via document imaging database
- Other duties as assigned by management
