Full-Time Nanny in the Elizabeth Neighborhood for Two Children Ages 3 and 6 Months Old

Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Elizabeth Neighborhood of Charlotte in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their two children, a 3.5-year-old girl and a 6-month-old boy. The nanny would typically be needed Tuesday 8am to 4pm, Wednesday 8am to 2pm, Thursday 8am to 4pm, and Friday 8am to 4pm.

The best nanny for this family would be warm, fun, active, dependable, and experienced with newborns. Trust is their top priority, followed by a desire for someone who brings joy and structure to the children’s routine. The nanny will primarily care for the infant while mom is doing household tasks or on outings with their older child. Their daughter attends pre-school in the mornings as well. While caring for the infant, the nanny should foster an engaging environment by singing songs, reading books, going on strolls, doing tummy time, and more. As the baby grows and trust is built, the family would love the nanny to take the child on community outings such as story time, library visits, and park trips.

When the toddler is home, the nanny should create a safe and stimulating environment through enriching activities such as walks, playground visits, and play-based learning. Nanny Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting daily scheduling needs of the children (Feeding, Changing, Napping)

• Engaging with the children on an age-appropriate level

Household Duties Include (Child is first priority):

• Child’s laundry and changing the child’s sheets weekly

• Children’s meal prep, including making bottles

• Cleaning kitchen counters

• Unloading/loading dishwasher and sanitizing bottles
