Real Estate Photographer

Charlotte Real Estate Media (CREM) is a full-service real estate media company based in Charlotte, NC. We help real estate agents stand out with professional listing photos, videos, drone content, and 3D tours. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who’s reliable, motivated, and excited to learn.

This isn’t your typical part-time gig—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with a company, build new skills, and work in a fast-moving, creative environment. You’ll be trained on everything you need to know. No photography experience? No problem. We prefer to teach you our process from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive to local shoots (often up to 1 hour away)
• Greet and work with real estate agents and homeowners on site
• Assist with capturing photo, video, drone, and 3D content (training provided)
• Upload files from your own computer with internet access
• Represent CREM with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• High weekday availability is required. We’re not looking for someone who’s only free a few hours a week—we need someone ready to take on multiple shoots as needed.
• Must have a reliable 2014 or newer vehicle for traveling to shoots
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong customer service skills are a must
• Business casual appearance
• Willing to learn and follow a proven system for capturing real estate media
• Must pass a background check

Note: All necessary camera and drone equipment will be provided. You’ll be trained on how to use it.

Pay & Schedule:

• $25.00–$35.00 per hour
• Project-based pay structure — the more you shoot, the more you earn
• Part-time with opportunity for more hours depending on season and performance
• Set your availability and take on shoots that fit your schedule
