The Facilities Projects Manager leads a diverse portfolio of County initiatives—including vertical construction, maintenance, IT, environmental, and infrastructure projects—managing all phases from planning and design through procurement, construction, and closeout. This role oversees project scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts, and consultant/vendor coordination while ensuring compliance, constructability, and effective project delivery. Responsibilities include preparing bid and contract documents, managing procurement processes, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, resolving design and construction challenges, and providing technical guidance on industry standards and best practices. The position also supports public communication, budget planning, staff leadership, and customer service efforts to successfully deliver projects that enhance County facilities, services, and quality of life.

- Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS).
