What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tennis Shop Attendant position at Charlotte Country Club?
General Description:
The Tennis Shop Attendants provide first-class customer service while covering the tennis shop by answering all phone calls and providing helpful information, and by assisting Members and their guests in the tennis shop.
Essential Functions:
- Provide outstanding service to Members and guests
- Assist with retail purchases in the Tennis Pro Shop
- Greet and check-in Members and guests to the tennis courts
- Be diligent about monitoring court activity and online reservations
- Answer phones
- Assist with special events and tennis programs
- Keep the Tennis Pro Shop clean and organized
- Occasionally light maintenance on the courts, such as brooming the clay, cleaning the lines, changing water coolers, and emptying trash
- Additional duties as assigned
