Internship Description:
Our Club Management Rotational Internship provides a hands-on experience, through multiple departments to provide a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the private club industry. Our program is customized to meet the needs and interests of the individual to best prepare them for a career in clubs. This is a paid internship.
Internship Functions:
Interns should expect to experience all aspects of Club operations, front line roles through team leadership and operations as indicated through their personal goals. Programming includes:
- Department rotations in food and beverage, culinary, golf, tennis, agronomy, communications, and more
- Weekly Meetings
- CMAA Educations
- Area Club Tours & Networking
- Leadership Development and Education
- Access to Leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
Internship Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills

Schedule/Hours:
- This internship will begin in mid-May & end in mid-August, there is flexibility based on interns university schedules.
- Tuesday-Sunday and will work 32-40 hours each week, with overtime as needed.
- Like our Service Management Team, our Interns will work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed for operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Perform physical demands of the job including lifting up to 35 lbs is required
- Ability to climb stairs frequently, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to work and tolerate all seasonal weather conditions
Vision Requirements
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
- Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet of more)
Education/Experience:
- Enrolled in a 4-year Hospitality Program
