What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Director- Charlotte City Club position at Charlotte City Club?
We're hiring a Food and Beverage Director in Uptown Charlotte.
If you love being on the floor, knowing members by name and running a sharp service team, this could be your next role.
You'll lead all of our front of house: the dining room, The Hornet's Nest bar, private dining and banquet service, with the Charlotte skyline as your backdrop. You'll also help plan the member events people talk about: theme dinners, wine and spirit tastings, and cigar pairings.
What we're looking for:
- 3 years leading front-of-house or F&B teams in a club, hotel, resort or high-volume restaurant
- Strong background in wine, cocktails, banquets and service standards
- A coach who leads by example and keeps a close eye on costs
Starting at $75,000, plus health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) and paid time off.
