What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRF Clinical Supervisor position at CHARLOTTE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE INC?
- Provides oversight of day-to-day clinical services of the Central Receiving Facility (CRF).
- Provides oversight of clinical assessment, service coordination, crisis intervention, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning for inpatient programs.
- Assessment of individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders with treatment recommendations provided to law enforcement, treatment team and other service providers.
- Ensures clinical program meets internal and external audit standards.
- Collaborates with internal and external treatment providers to ensure appropriate treatment recommendations and discharges plans are in place.
- Provides supervision to clinical team, including masters’ and bachelors’ level clinicians and interns to ensure all required interventions and daily completion of documentation.
- Collaborates with staff, management, and internal/external stakeholders using a team approach to maintain or improve quality of service delivery.
- Responsible for screening, assessment, conducting individual or family sessions, group therapeutic activities, and discharge planning, as needed, for adults and children who present for service.
- Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all information in the clinical record.
- Actively respond to patients at the CRF who show signs of agitation or violence. Work as a team with other staff to de-escalate patients.
- Communicate admission to agency staff, programs and / or community partners who are currently involved with patient.
- Develop a behavioral treatment plan with measurable objectives that the patient can works toward while at the CRF.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to effectively communicate with community organizations.

- Clinical supervisor will complete chart audits while updating and monitoring accuracy of clinician tracker
- Clinical supervisor is responsible for scheduling clinical staff and on-call schedule, will be responsible for maintaining schedule in Paycom.
- Clinical supervisor will lead treatment team; advocating for patient’s care and ensuring clinical team is ready to present
