The Position: We’re looking for an experienced Client Service Representative; veterinary CSR experience is preferred but not required.

The Schedule: We have the following schedules available:
- 8am - 4pm / 8am - 6pm
- 11am - 7pm / 11am - 9pm
- As a 24/7 hospital, we are open on weekends and holidays. All CSRs will be required to rotate holiday coverage.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Proficient with computers.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Emotional intelligence, self and social awareness
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients as they enter the hospital
- Answer multi-line telephone
- Check patients in as they arrive
- Notify technicians when patients have arrived
- Secure all documents prior to the arrival of patients for scheduled appointments
- Scan and save documents according to protocols
- Input patient and client information correctly into the electronic medical record
- Other duties as assigned.
