- Track social media performance and engagement
- Coordinate media team content to ensure timely posting of content
- Maintain social media calendars and posting schedules
- Assist with brainstorming and developing new content ideas
- Ensure brand consistency across social media platforms
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, early mornings, and weekends as required
- Support coverage of events and community outreach initiatives when needed
- 2–5 years of professional experience creating media content, including photography and videography for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, or commercial use required.
- Applicants must provide a portfolio or samples of both photo and video work demonstrating creative direction, composition, and editing skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in media production, photography, film, or a related field preferred.
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- Strong skill in social media and digital communication
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance reporting is required
- Graphic design or content editing experience is a plus
