Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our Charlevoix Chevrolet team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them through the vehicle selection and purchase process
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Chevrolet vehicles or pre-owned options
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead test drives
- Explain financing, leasing, and warranty options clearly and accurately
- Follow up with leads and previous customers to build strong relationships
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on current inventory and promotions
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred; automotive experience a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and organized
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
