Advisor Services Cost Basis Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Advisor Services Cost Basis Specialist to join our team at Schwab Advisor Custody and Trading (ACT). As a key member of our Cost Basis Team, you will provide exceptional customer service to Schwab advisors, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and conducting training sessions.
- Answer in-bound calls from Advisors, AS Service and Alliance representatives
- Respond to client and service team requests received via email
- Conduct training for Advisors and Business Partners
Requirements:
- 1 year Customer Service experience (internships and collegiate activities will be considered)
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple processes/projects
- Knowledge in internet-based research, personal workstations/desktop applications
- Intermediate Excel skills- ability to handle large amounts of data using Excel
- Bachelor's degree or 2 year experience in the financial industry
- Experience working with regulatory or risk issues preferred
- Cost basis and tax knowledge is preferred, but not required.
