Drive operational excellence and revenue success across a global network of 1,200 reseller partners. The Senior Channel Partner oversees day-to-day partner operations, ensures compliance and certification integrity, and enables seamless sales and marketing execution across LATAM, APAC, and ANZ territories. This role is key in sustaining $350M in revenue through strategic channel management and operational rigor. This role is performed on-site five days a week. Base salary in the $120-135K range plus annual bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage global reseller operations, onboarding/offboarding, and contract administration for 1,200 partners.
- Oversee certification and compliance programs ensuring all partners remain fully authorized and revenue-ready.
- Administer government pricing (GSA, Canadian Gov) and resolve revenue recognition issues.
- Optimize partner performance via data-driven reviews—identify, evolve, or retire non-productive accounts.
- Support complex global deals, ensuring seamless CRM (SFDC/NetSuite) routing, partner alignment, and deal registration accuracy.
- Maintain and expand the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system to support growth and compliance.
- Be the voice and advocate for the reseller community, enhancing collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in reseller/channel operations; 2 years leading partner management.
- Proven success in a global technology environment.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and executive presence.
- Skilled at managing complexity, driving compliance, and building trusted channel relationships.
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
