Global technology leader in the Chelmsford, MA area is looking for a Senior Channel Operations Specialist. Will manage channel partnerships and provide reseller support.
Senior Channel Operations Specialist
$120-128K plus bonus
In the office 5 days/week (not hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Manage $350M of revenue through the firm’s reseller partners.
- Manage and build effective channel partnerships, ensuring efficient operations.
- Support sales and marketing efforts to drive a highly effective and operationally excellent reseller channel.
- This position supports the LATAM, APAC, and ANZ territories.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, with 7-10 years of Channel Partner/Reseller Operational Support experience
- 2 years of experience in a Reseller Management role
- Experience with a global software product company or high-tech manufacturing company
- Self-motivated with strong management and motivational skills to lead and train staff
- Spanish speaking a plus
Salary : $120,000 - $128,000
