Executive Assistant – Marketing, Production & Operations
Charles River Media is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive individual to support the CEO and leadership team while contributing across marketing, production, and business operations. This hybrid role blends executive support, office management, content creation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to grow into a larger role over time. Reports to Director of Ops and CEO. Works with senior leadership team.
Charles River Media's services include in-studio and on-location video production, post production, and virtual event/live streaming production for corporate, commercial, and non-profit clients. We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented team member who can support leadership while helping drive marketing initiatives, operations, and business processes within a dynamic production environment.
**Main Roles**
- Office management and logistics coordination
- Marketing support including creating social media posts (copy and graphics) for portfolio and behind the scenes content
- Executive and leadership support including scheduling, logistics, and coordination
- Assist with RFP responses, quotes, and document preparation
- Occasionally oversee studio rentals and coordinate client logistics
- Occasional production support (Production Assistant duties, teleprompter operation as needed, training provided)
- Assist with SEO/AdWords tracking
- Light phone coverage and meeting preparation
**Requirements**
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in both creative and business environments
**Would Be Nice**
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools
- Interest in media production, marketing, or business operations
- Experience with content posting or digital marketing tools
**Compensation**
- Salary starting at $52,000, commensurate with experience

This job requires being in our office in Needham Heights, MA and occasionally offsite for productions.
