- Maintain project files and folders in accordance with file management procedures.
- Assist project managers in preparation of project templates such as invoices and change orders.
- Draft memos in compliance with County policies.
- Review and study project documents including reports, drawings, details, and specifications.
- Support project managers in performing periodic site visits to view and track construction progress.
- Assist Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Help coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
- Track project tasks and milestones. Update schedules and issue logs.
- Assist in development of scope of work, bid form, and special provisions.
- Attend public information, design, and construction meetings.
- Maintain and update various maps.
- Assist with preparing various presentations and public information meetings.
- Assist with wage scale administration.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
