The City of Charles City seeks an individual to fill a position as Utility Billing Clerk Individual is responsible for preparation of utility bills and serve as a backup for the payroll clerk. Successful candidate must possess strong bookkeeping skills, must be computer literate, and have the ability to deal effectively with the public.
