Lead Construction Superintendent – Luxury Multifamily complex

Location: Chicago, IL


The Opportunity

This isn't just another generic stick-built development in the suburb

s.We are looking for a Lead Superintendent to take total ownership of a premier 7-story historic timber loft building, transforming it into a boutique, 38 unit luxury residential development.


The Mission (Core Responsibilities)


  • Drive the Field: Own the 2–4 week look-ahead schedules. Masterfully manage tight urban staging, zero-lot-line logistics, and top-tier sub-trades on an active downtown site.
  • High-End Finish Delivery: Establish hyper-efficient, premium production lines for high-end kitchens, custom baths, and architectural millwork across 38 bespoke residential layouts.
  • MEP Integration: Lead the complex routing of completely modernized, high-spec MEP/HVAC systems into a tight historic footprint without compromising the architectural aesthetic.

Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
