We are working with a full-service general contracting firm with a proven track record across a diverse range of commercial project types, including educational, institutional, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, and manufacturing.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while upholding standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Role Summary:
The Project Manager is accountable for the full lifecycle of assigned projects - managing schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client relationships while coordinating closely with superintendents and field teams. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a commercially minded builder who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Core Responsibilities:
The PM will plan and execute projects in accordance with contract documents, owner expectations, and company standards. Day-to-day duties include managing project budgets and schedules, processing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications, and maintaining proactive communication with owners, architects, and engineers. The PM is responsible for subcontractor procurement, coordination, and performance management, as well as ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and local building codes. Regular site visits, project status reporting, and participation in OAC meetings are expected.
Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
