The portfolio includes large-scale, ground-up construction and renovation projects across multiple sectors, with a strong track record on complex multifamily high-rise developments throughout South Florida. Current work includes a, ground-up luxury condominium high-rise in Miami, reflecting the scale and complexity of projects this team regularly delivers.
The Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a high-rise luxury condominium project. In this role, you will bring deep knowledge of the construction process, including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and manpower management. You will identify pre-mobilization activities alongside the Project Team, and develop the start-up schedule with the Project Manager for review by the Project Executive. A minimum of 8 years of industry experience is required, with prior high-rise experience essential. Spanish speaking is a bonus.
