Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality assurance activities related to women’s health services and projects
- Responsible for case management in general prenatal services, preventative health screening, and abnormal screening results
- Ensure comprehensive services are provided to patients by conducting chart reviews and reviewing intake forms
- Responsible for data entry of intake forms, surveys and questionnaires, and database management
- Work closely with directors, unit managers and staff on clinical matters, including clinical staff training
- Work closely with Health Center departments and outside agencies on matters pertaining to clinical systems
- Liaison with community agencies related to women’s health projects
- Assist in completing administrative reports, compiling statistics on program activities, and keeping track of all completed activates as part of programs review
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Two years college or equivalent experience
- One to two years community experience
- Knowledge or experience in healthcare preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Must be bilingual in English/Chinese
- Salary: $40,000.00 - 46,000.00 per year
