Role Description
This is a full-time driving position located in Durham, NC. The Driver will be responsible for providing non-emergency medical, wheelchair and stretcher accessible transportation services. Daily tasks include ensuring timely pickup and drop-off of patients, assisting passengers with special mobility needs, and adhering to all safety protocols. The Driver will also be expected to maintain accurate trip logs, inspect the vehicle for safety, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety procedures
- Experience in the medical transportation field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
