PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER
Reclaim Professional Organizing is growing, and we are looking for a Professional Organizer to join our Raleigh-based team.
This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys organizing, working with people, creating beautiful and functional spaces, and being part of a collaborative team. You should be equally comfortable sorting through a packed storage room, organizing a luxury pantry, packing and unpacking and helping a client make decisions about their belongings.
This is a hands-on, physically active, client-facing position. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever the team needs support.
ABOUT RECLAIM
Reclaim provides professional organizing, relocation and move-management services, home inventories, home styling, and photo organizing throughout the Raleigh area.
Our clients hire us not only to make their homes more organized, but to make their lives easier. We strive to provide a high-touch, luxury level of service from the first client interaction through project completion and beyond.
Our team is guided by professionalism, compassion, discretion, ethical behavior, and exceptional customer service. We work in our clients' personal spaces and are often trusted during moves, life transitions, renovations, and other stressful seasons. The right person understands the importance of treating every client, home, and possession with care and respect.

- Naturally notice when something could function better and enjoy creating solutions.
- Have a strong eye for organization, presentation, and design.
- Love working as part of a team and are comfortable taking direction from a Lead Organizer.

- Are energetic and enjoy a workday that keeps you moving.
- Can remain calm, patient, and professional when a client or project is challenging.
- Are comfortable working in a variety of homes and environments.
- Understand that professional organizing involves much more than making things look pretty.
- Are dependable, punctual, flexible, and highly detail-oriented.
- Enjoy learning and are receptive to feedback and company processes.
- Take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
