This role sits within our Commercial Partnerships division and is central to expanding our marketplace with high-value merchandise and experiences sourced from leading brands and experience providers.

Role Overview:

Charitybuzz is seeking a Manager, Commercial Partnerships, to play a critical role in expanding our Commercial Partnerships division. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving position focused on sourcing, structuring, and closing partnerships with luxury brands, experience providers, and premium inventory suppliers.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships that bring high-value merchandise and experiences onto the Charitybuzz platform, ranging from luxury goods and collectibles to VIP access, to sports and music events, travel, and hospitality packages. This includes both traditional partnership models, such as consignment and revenue share, as well as larger-scale commercial opportunities involving multi-asset or multi-event inventory.

This role is highly outbound and new deal-generation focused. You will operate as a commercial lead responsible for pipeline generation, partner outreach, negotiation, and closing new business opportunities. Success in this role will be driven by your ability to identify high-potential partnerships, structure compelling commercial opportunities, and consistently bring new inventory and revenue opportunities onto the platform.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, operations, and merchandising teams to support the successful launch of new partnerships, while ongoing account management and partner maintenance will be handled by other internal teams.


Core Responsibilities:Partnership Development & New Business Acquisition
  • Identify, source, and pursue partnerships with luxury brands, hospitality groups, travel operators, event companies, and premium inventory providers
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value partnership opportunities across merchandise and experiential categories
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts, relationship development, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Structure partnerships across multiple commercial models, including consignment, revenue share, and inventory acquisition
  • Develop creative partnership concepts and commercial opportunities that align with Charitybuzz’s marketplace and customer base
Commercial Strategy & Opportunity Evaluation
  • Assess the revenue potential and strategic value of prospective partnerships
  • Collaborate on pricing, packaging, and positioning strategy for new inventory opportunities
  • Support the evaluation of larger-scale inventory investments and commercial opportunities, including multi-event and multi-asset partnerships
  • Utilize CRM systems and Excel-based modeling to track pipeline activity and evaluate deal performance
Cross-Functional Launch Support
  • Partner with marketing, operations, merchandising, and finance teams to facilitate successful onboarding and launch of newly secured partnerships
  • Provide internal teams with the necessary partnership details and commercial context to support execution
  • Collaborate on launch timing, campaign opportunities, and merchandising strategy for new inventory drops
Performance Ownership
  • Own pipeline generation and revenue targets tied to new partnership acquisition
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within CRM systems
  • Continuously identify new verticals, categories, and partnership opportunities to expand marketplace supply
Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial deal-making within hospitality, travel, sports, entertainment, luxury goods, experiential marketing, or marketplace businesses
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-value partnerships or revenue-generating deals
  • Experience working with premium or high-ticket products and experiences preferred
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong outbound sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of pricing, margin, and revenue drivers
  • Highly proactive and entrepreneurial approach to sourcing and closing opportunities
  • Ability to evaluate opportunities strategically and prioritize high-impact partnerships
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership, process discipline, and revenue generation accountability
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual Base Salary: $80,000
  • Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000
  • Uncapped commission, paid quarterly based on revenue performance

  • Ability to work in-office 4 days per week to support collaboration and team momentum
