Now Hiring: Independent Property Coordinator (Contract Position)
Arbor Lake Townhome Association
Serve as a liaison between the ALTA Board and homeowners and provide oversight for all property maintenance and vendor services.
Charbonneau, Oregon, Remote with periodic onsite visits
Compensation: $3,849.00/month
The selected party will operate as an independent entity (1099 contractor) and will be responsible for all their own expenses, insurance, and tax obligations (e.g., self-employment taxes, income tax withholding). Expenses for general ALTA business will be reimbursed.
The contractor will determine their own work methods and schedule, provided all project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
