Recruitment Coordinator – Fintech | New York City | Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing fintech company based in New York City, looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their in-house Talent Acquisition team on an immediate start basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — supporting hiring across LATAM and the Americas.
The Role
You'll be working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, keeping the recruitment engine running smoothly across multiple markets. Day-to-day, you can expect to:
- Coordinate interview scheduling across LATAM and Americas hiring pipelines
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a consistently strong candidate experience
- Maintain and update the ATS (Ashby) with accurate and timely data
- Support recruiters with job postings, offer logistics, and onboarding coordination
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and ad hoc talent operations projects
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
About You
- Some experience in a recruitment, HR, or coordination role — agency or in-house
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A strong communicator — comfortable working across time zones and with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with an ATS (Ashby experience a bonus, but not essential)
- Proactive, reliable, and a natural team player
- Immediately available or on a short notice period
