Chapman Ford in Scottsdale is hiring an experienced Auto Sales Professional to join our team. We’re looking for a customer-focused, driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering a great buying experience.
In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to delivery, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
Commission-only position | Uncapped earning potential
What You’ll Do
• Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the right vehicle
• Demonstrate vehicle features and lead test drives
• Educate customers on warranties, financing, and the purchase process
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery
• Assist with sales and financing documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
• Respond to online and phone inquiries and schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up
• Stay current on inventory, features, and automotive technology

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule & Work Environment
• Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Saturday
• Closed Sundays
• Onsite role working with customers in person, online, and over the phone
• Occasional outdoor work on the sales lot
