We are seeking someone with a positive attitude and great people skills to act as a liaison between clients and technicians in our Service Department. As an Express Service Advisor, you will be the face of the Service Department and our customers’ “go-to” department representative, tasked with ensuring customers enjoy prompt, courteous, and efficient service while educating them on recommended vehicle maintenance and services.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm and prepare for customer appointments, ensuring an efficient service experience.
  • Greet customers as they arrive in the Service Drive and determine vehicle maintenance needs based on customer feedback, vehicle inspection, and current mileage.
  • Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency and obtain customer authorization for work to be completed.
  • Educate customers on their vehicle’s condition, maintenance needs, and recommended services to drive additional sales.
  • Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle and satisfaction of service.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in a related role is helpful but not mandatory. We will train the right person!
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to leave customers with a positive impression.
  • Works well with others in a team environment and demonstrates a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Proficient phone and computer skills.
  • Dependable and self-motivated mindset.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Hours and Work Environment:

We offer a 5-day workweek with Sundays and a weekday off. Saturday availability is a requirement. Hours range from 7am to 6pm on weekdays and 7am to 4pm on Saturdays. This is an onsite position that requires working indoors in your own booth on the Service Drive and in the air-conditioned shop.
