Chapman Collision Center in Tempe is looking for a full time Receptionist to support the office’s daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. The Receptionist is often the customer’s first point of contact and will need to be welcoming, helpful and patient while assisting customers. The ideal candidate will display professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively. The Receptionist will report to the Office Manager.

- Answer phones, listen to customer inquiries, and direct calls to the proper department, communicating in a professional, warm and helpful manner
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide general information, or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance
- Assist management with various clerical duties (sorting, filing, emails, etc.)
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, but we’ll provide training!
- Collision center experience is a huge plus
- The ability to think from the customer's perspective and show compassion while they navigate the repair process after an accident
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, with strong attention to detail
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
