Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member
- Schedule service appointments and assist with customer inquires
- Make outbound calls to schedule service for recalls, declined services, and overdue appointments
- Support customer satisfaction goals by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
- Assist with managing loaner vehicle fleet coordination
- Complete basic administrative tasks such as filing repair orders and clerical support
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both in person and over the phone)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
