What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in the service drive, confirm scheduled services, and document vehicle concerns
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the service process
- Explain maintenance needs and technician recommendations in a clear, professional manner
- Provide repair estimates, obtain approvals, and process payments
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated on timelines and costs
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Build lasting relationships and foster customer loyalty through exceptional service
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Support overall service department operations as needed

- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience with a luxury automotive brand (BMW experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet performance goals
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Service Department hours: Monday–Friday 7am–6pm, Saturday 8am–5pm
- 5-day workweek with flexible scheduling required
- Onsite role in Chandler, Arizona
- Work environment includes service drive, office setting, and occasional time in the shop
