What You’ll Do
- Manage a multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments with professionalism and care
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership and assist or connect them with the appropriate team member
- Provide a warm, friendly, and helpful first impression for all guests
- Assist management with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area
- Support team members with additional duties to ensure smooth daily operations

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and convey information effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a helpful and cooperative attitude
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and occasional Saturdays
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Periodically may be needed until 6pm
- Occasional Saturdays as needed to support coverage
- Onsite role in a dealership showroom environment
- Frequent interaction with customers and team members
