What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to internet, live chat, and phone inquiries to generate sales appointments
- Log daily sales activities in the CRM and follow up with prospective customers
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives
- Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, features, and technology
- Assist customers with completing sales and financing paperwork
- Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Perform additional sales and administrative tasks as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and digital)
- Ability to understand customer needs and overcome objections
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Monday–Friday: 8AM–6PM | every other Saturday: 8AM–5PM
- Must be available to work scheduled shifts during operating hours above
- Onsite role in Payson, Arizona
- Combination of indoor showroom and outdoor lot environment
