Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Sales Manager located in Horsham, PA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role will require close coordination with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership and maintaining high standards of customer service.
