- Step up to handle customer concerns and ensure the experience delivered is top-notch.
- Play an active role in shaping team culture, engagement, and Manager Trainee performance.
What We’re Looking For in a Manager Trainee:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or account management is helpful—but not required. We provide full training for those who bring the right mindset.
- Strong communication skills—you can present, persuade, and influence effectively.
- A self-starter attitude—you like to win, and you don’t wait for permission to make things happen.
- The ability to balance competition with collaboration—you know how to push yourself while driving a team forward.
