Duties
- Perform landscape installation and maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree trimming, and mulch bed preparation
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as backpack blowers, trimmers, etc safely and efficiently
- Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, aeration, fertilization, and weed control
- Provide tree care services like trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote healthy growth
Experience
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing and fertilizing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety protocols
- Prior experience with snow plowing or winter landscape services is a plus
- Strong attendance record and communication skills with a focus on delivering quality results in every project
