Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Basic understanding of production machinery, tools, and safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, blueprints, and technical documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related discipline.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.

Responsibilities:
