JOB SUMMARY: Working with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and service.
Essential Functions
Respond to inquiries from customers, sales representatives/managers and end consumers, utilizing multiple communication channels, including telephone, e-mail, chat and Guest Book feedback.
Learn and maintain knowledge of existing and new Chapin products and product modifications.
Respond to customer online reviews.
Work in conjunction with engineering to identify potential product issues.

- Blue print reading a plus
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
