Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, based in Concord, CA, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting client acquisition through a combination of community engagement, structured outreach, and team-based sales execution.
The role involves generating, qualifying, and advancing leads, while playing a direct role in conversion by facilitating next steps, including coordinating in-person assessments with Case Managers and supporting closing conversations. The Sales Representative will maintain an active pipeline, ensure timely follow-up, and collaborate with internal teams to drive consistent client growth.
This position requires a balance of field presence, remote prospecting, and in-office collaboration, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and territory ownership.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate, along with uncapped commission opportunities and performance-based bonus incentives, providing strong earning potential aligned with client acquisition and conversion performance.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in sales, business development, or community outreach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
Ability to qualify leads and guide prospects through a structured sales process
Comfortable working across field, remote, and in-office environments
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up effectively
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable using CRM systems for tracking pipeline, outreach, and conversions
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for outreach and meetings
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain referral relationships with senior centers, assisted living communities, hospitals, and local professionals
Represent Chaperone Home Care at community events, outreach initiatives, and partnership engagements
Conduct outreach via phone, text, email, and in-person engagement to generate leads
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects actively seeking care services
Conduct initial intake conversations to assess client needs, urgency, and service fit
Qualify and advance prospects through the sales pipeline with clear next steps
Coordinate in-person assessments with Case Managers to support conversion
Participate in or support closing conversations to secure new clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
Participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategy sessions
Provide feedback from the field to help refine outreach strategy and messaging
