💰 The Details
• Pay: From $20.00 per hour
• Location: In-person (Chapel Hill)
• Position: Full-Time
✨ What You’ll Do
In this vital role, you’ll be the face of our optical department, helping our patients look and feel their best. You will:
• Connect & Assist: Help patients select and fit the perfect eyewear.
• Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot optical issues and perform frame repairs.
• Manage & Curate: Maintain our frame boards and order exciting new styles.
• Keep it Precise: Verify glasses using a manual lensometer.
Who You Are
• Personality First: You have a positive, welcoming energy and a knack for making patients feel right at home.
• A Natural Troubleshooter: You can easily navigate problems and offer the absolute best eyewear solutions.
• Experienced: Prior retail optometry or clinical experience (optometry/ophthalmology) is highly preferred.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with Revolution EHR and Shamir products is a huge plus!
