Job Description

Shape, lead, and strengthen a growing Substance Use Disorder program that makes a measurable difference in patients' lives.

Salary: $104,200- $121,950 full time annual salary.

Duties

  • Oversee daily program operations and staff supervision
  • Advance trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
  • Drive quality improvement, audits, and grant performance
  • Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and community partners

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four (4) year college or University; or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two (2) years' experience in healthcare or education related program or department.
  • Prior healthcare administration, behavioral health and/or substance use disorders experience.
  • Familiarity with grant funded programs and grant application processes.
  • Prior supervisory experience or experience managing a program.
  • Computer proficiency in a variety of applications and programs including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Electronic Health Records.
  • Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
