Manage and maintain company-owned/rented equipment for operations. Rotate with Vessel Manager, serving as lead during absences. Ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and efficient operations.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and maintain equipment inventory, spares, and documentation.
- Oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades.
- Manage budgets, requisitions, and work orders in Fiix CMMS.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Coordinate with project teams and enforce safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- 15 years in equipment repair/maintenance management.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel, work extended remote assignments, and obtain TWIC card
- Meet physical/PPE requirements; able to lift, climb, and work in varied conditions.
