Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the project management office, providing visibility, reporting and accountability of key deliverables for the team, inclusive of communication with senior leaders for the client’s Global Events and Brand team, Corporate Marketing. The ideal candidate is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience in project management methodologies, platforms, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the United States.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with project and program managers to track project progress, manage deliverables, and report key milestones.
• Develop, document, and enforce project management processes, standards, and best practices across the Corporate Marketing organization.
• Utilize project management software to monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Build and enhance internal platforms and processes to improve efficiency and communication within the team.
• Coach and mentor project team members, providing guidance to strengthen their project management skills and capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality status updates and presentations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Foster strong working relationships with team members at all levels of management.
• Ensure clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication across the organization.

What you bring:

• PMP certification (Preferred)
• 4-5 years of non technical project management experience, ideally within a tech industry global marketing or events environment. (Required)
• Proficient in project management tools; experience with Airtable (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Proven success in developing and implementing internal process platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience in and comfort with PowerPoint, excel and SharePoint
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
