Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Audience Engagement Marketing Manager to join our winning team. In this role, you will support the development of an intelligent and thoughtful end-to-end attendee experience one of the client’s flagship events.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven marketing professional with experience developing and executing audience acquisition and engagement campaigns for large-scale events, using data-driven insights, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive registrations, attendance, and exceptional attendee experiences.
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S.
What you will be doing:
- Execute pre-defined digital marketing campaign activities that drive registration to our event.
- Create digital marketing materials (e.g., drafting content for emails, website updates, paid media campaigns, outbound marketing assets, etc).
- Deliver digital/website content that creates a seamless and engaging customer experience throughout the entire event cycle.
- Foster innovation within the team by leveraging AI marketing tools to increase event registrations and enhance attendee engagement.
- Collaborate with internal client teams to deploy digital marketing content across various channels.
- Support and drive marketing for the event broadcast that results in high viewership and awareness.
- Contribute to the measurement and reporting of digital marketing campaign performance.
What you bring:
- 7 years' experience in marketing and audience acquisition for high tech companies (Required)
- Proven success in developing and managing marketing campaigns that deliver results and meet or exceed objectives
- Experience with using innovative AI tools to support and drive marketing initiatives.
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Eloqua and Marketo.
- Masterful timeline and deliverable management, including juggling variables and evolving priorities across multiple campaigns.
- Demonstrate ability to ruthlessly prioritize, quickly adapt, and collaborate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with several internal teams
- Great organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Limited travel is required. (5%)
