Are you passionate about change management and growing its value in organizations? If so, we’d love to talk to you about joining our team as a Change Management Trainer.
We are seeking a seasoned, high energy Change Management Practitioner with strong training facilitation experience to help deliver our expert, industry approved change management training programs.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently to meet objectives.
As a contract change management trainer you will lead engaging, public virtual sessions using our courseware that focuses on the ACMP Change Management Standard, CCMP Certification and practical change management application and execution. You will also analyze training feedback and surveys to identify friction points and adjust training real-time.
Note, this role requires a signed NDA. You will be fully trained on course materials and experience the course as a participant before training the course.
What You Bring
Experience
- 7 years in Change Management
- CCMP Certified
- Strong training facilitation experience ideally on change management topics
- Strong familiarity with ZOOM and delivering virtual training
- Deep familiarity with the ACMP Change Management Standard
