CHANGE, Inc Family Medical Care is hiring a FT Billing Clerk
Position Details:
· Job Title: Billing Clerk
· Location: Weirton
· Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Qualifications:
· Experience in processing insurance payments and remittance preferred.
· Knowledge of CPT and ICD 10 is preferred but not required.
· Must have excellent Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
· Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation required.
· Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
· Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
· Pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities:
· Job duties include but not limited to Insurance and self pay payment posting, clerical duties, paper claim processing and patient collections.
