About the role:

CHANEL is seeking a Watches & Fine Jewelry Advisor who will serve as a key ambassador of our brand—delivering an exceptional, end‑to‑end client experience with every interaction. In this role, you will provide an unparalleled level of personalized service, foster deep client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to business growth through elevated conversion and long‑term loyalty. The Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) Advisor will work alongside a diverse sales team, and report to Boutique’s leadership.

Position Logistics:

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a luxury retailer (preferred) or relevant client-facing role such as hospitality
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Front of House: Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service deliver elevated client service to drive business results

Compensation:

• The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $30 through $40/hr. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
